The Earth show reception was a big hit. There were so many people, it was shoulder to shoulder. We had a lot of fun. So many people participated, and I want to thank you all.
The big winner tonight was Holly Kreag, who took both the Sponsors' choice and Viewers Choice awards, for two different pieces.
First Place for 2D art is Kay Cassill, 2nd Place for 2 D art is Lynne Friman.
First Place for 3D art is Sharon Graf-Horning, 2nd Place for 3D art is Karen Losey.
Honorable Mentions went to Sandy Webster, Jean Canavan, and Cindy Barnett.
All the hard work done by Deb and Jeff Kolar, Julie Stowe, Rick Campau, Keith McGuire, Gaines and Pat Collins, Madeline Nowicki, and the many artists who made art, made it the success it was. Thanks, All.

It was a wonderful show, and a great group of people. Loved that it brought color, excitement and friends together during the hibernating month of January. Thank you Kat for curating this show, and spearheading the hanging system at 212.
Oh, Kat, I loved the reception last night. The crowd was great... I didn't mingle much, but I spoke to so many people who were impressed with the show.
I spoke to a gentleman who was very curious about how the artist's where assigned pages from the book. I explained that everyone chose their own page. But what if someone chose the same page? Well, I was sitting by Sharon's vase and Cindy's Scarf. the perfect example of two artist's that chose the same page, with completely different results.
I was so glad to make it last night. Thanks for all your hard work.
And thanks to you Kat, for creating such a fun challenge!!
